APEX3000 High Density Universal Edge QAM

APEX3000

As video on demand and network DVR gain in popularity, carving out space in the headend to support more QAM channels is tough. With the APEX3000, you get 32 RF ports with 48 channels per port. Don’t need all 1,536 channels up front? Then start with as few as 16 QAM channels per port and pay for as many as you need without hardware upgrades or the hassles of rewiring.

The APEX3000 offers the industry's highest level of redundancy covering QAM blade, host module, and Gigabit Ethernet input to minimize downtime for large-scale narrowcast QAM deployments. Plus, the APEX3000 gets you closer to CCAP because it's part of Motorola's distributed Converged Cable Access Platform architecture.
