Now Motorola has developed the next generation of home entertainment systems, a home media distribution “eco-system” that is designed to meet operator’s needs for HD video and rich media content, while providing the flexibility to meet future consumer demand for more advanced services.

In our home architecture, we use MoCA technology to create a home network that enables consumers to view, record or play video on any networked TV, in any room, when they want to view it. And our solution includes MPEG2 to MPEG4 transcoding, so video content can be shared wirelessly with a wide range of video display devices such as laptops, tablet computers, handheld portable devices, etc.
